Randy joined Dicalite in 2023. Randy has held many positions in the industrial minerals sector, including day-to-day management of operations, safety directorships, and mine management. Randy has a B.S. in Mining Engineering from the University of Arizona, and also holds Certificates in BHP-Billiton’s Executive Leadership Development Program and Transformative Learning and Leadership from University of Arizona. Randy manages Dicalite’s safety efforts and oversees specific continuous improvement projects.
