We process our perlite ore at expansion facilities across the US to minimize the freight costs to your location. We can even produce custom grades for your application, and if it meets minimum required volumes, most of our products can be produced at any of our perlite expansion plants. Dicalite Management Group’s customized industrial and construction-grade expanded perlite can be shipped in 64 cubic foot bulk bags, or 4 cubic foot industrial brown paper bags. All Dicaperl Microspheres start with perlite ore mined from the Socorro, New Mexico facility which is specially processed to ensure consistency. As much quality control as possible is accomplished upstream of the expansion facilities ensuring the best possible product for our customers. The Socorro facility uses 2 different laser diffraction particle size analyzers to meet the proprietary specifications for the Dicaperl Microsphere ore. Final quality control tests are performed at each expansion facility to ensure that the Dicaperl Microspheres our customer’s specifications.

All Dicaperl Microspheres start with perlite ore mined from the Socorro, New Mexico facility which is specially processed to ensure consistency.
