Broad Function:

The Facility Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and trouble-shooting on all mobile equipment. The position requires a candidate who is able to adapt quickly to changes, communicates effectively and keeps operations running in an efficient manner. Additionally, the candidate must be able to operate a forklift. Position may require overtime and some weekends.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to perform skilled mechanical work and keep detailed written records on equipment used in a 24-hour operation.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on mobile equipment (forklifts, reach lifts, man lifts, pneumatic tankers, flat bed and box vans.)
  • Fueling and servicing of all equipment.
  • Must be able to operate a forklift. Experience with other heavy equipment is a plus.
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to changes and communicate effectively to all parties to keep operations running efficiently.
  • Assist in the repair and fabrication of process equipment as required.
  • Be willing to work overtime as needed (including some weekends and call-ins during night.)
  • Assist in keeping the shop and production facility organized and free of hazards.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis and work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the outdoor elements.
  • Must be able to feel comfortable with operating and working on equipment with heights greater than 13 feet.
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to quality work and detail.

Broad Function

The Process Engineer will lead the operations team to facilitate the implementation of our Operational Excellence Program using best practices and trends to develop and implement processes designed with improved safety, quality, and efficiency. The key role includes troubleshooting process issues, trending operating conditions, managing projects, and identifying and validating process technology. The functional position will work closely with frontline operations and maintenance team members, daily. The process engineer will also take on a small number of the plant operational functions to gain experience and help control margin i.e., sustainable development, safety projects, environmental impact improvements, etc.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design improvement analysis of existing processes and new product process equipment capabilities.
  • Standardize equipment and practices including process flow sheets, P&ID flow sheets, assembly drawings, details drawings, mass balances, and fabrication layout drawing.
  • Establish and support the preventative maintenance programs and key parts lists and inventories.
  • Supervision of capital and continuous improvement projects.
  • Qualification of vendors.
  • Validation of process changes and finished product quality.
  • Travel between sites in California and Nevada; time at Nevada site is estimated at 25%.

Job Summary

As Quality Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our product quality, setting up and maintaining a centralized Quality Management System, analyzing data and KPIs related to quality control metrics, customer complaints, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with production, operations, sales, and other cross-functional teams to improve customer centricity and achieve our quality objectives. In addition, this position will support the sales team in providing information, service, and solutions related to purchased material. Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible to create and manage a centralized Quality Management System that manages for the day-to-day QA/QC activities for the company.

  • Perform safety inspection of work area and equipment.

Responsible for assisting in new electrical construction, installing, and troubleshooting low voltage electrical systems, and assisting Electricians II and III with electrical maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Bend, thread, and cut conduit.

Broad Function

Responsible for preventive maintenance on stationary equipment including screens, conveyors, screws, elevators, and crushers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform all responsibilities expected of a Maintenance Helper (refer to maintenance helper job description)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of how to safely use hand, fabrication, measurement, and power tools.

Broad Function

The Database Analyst will be responsible for developing financial reporting dashboards and creating and maintaining integrated database systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting and advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server. This candidate will be at the forefront of developing new financial reporting tools and dashboards in OneStream and manages our company’s SQL databases, ensuring their stability, security, resiliency, and performance.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s on-premises databases, including database design, implementation, backup, recovery, resiliency, and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain database-related queries, scripts, and stored procedures to support financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the organization to design, develop, implement, and optimize database solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Proactively monitor database performance, resolve database issues, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain database security and access controls to ensure data confidentiality and privacy.
  • Develop automations and integrations to internal and external systems using SQL jobs, PowerShell, Python, T-SQL, and REST APIs.
  • Provide database support to the organization and resolve technical problems as needed.
  • Participate in the development and testing of database backup and recovery procedures.
  • Perform migrations and upgrades of SQL databases according to best practices.
  • Document new and existing processes including queries, development workflows, and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, MIS, or related field.

Broad Function

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Dicalite Management Group’s sales and distributor markets throughout region. The position will drive sales to achieve profit growth and sales objectives in line with Dicalite’s vision and strategic plan. The position requires the individual to manage existing customers and distributors, while finding, developing, and establishing new business. Additionally, there is an opportunity to develop and work collaboratively with inside sales resources.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the sales within the region as specified.
  • Develop and build relationships with current and new customers.
  • Deliver yearly sales growth targets while maintaining existing customers within the region.
  • Analyze sales reports for pricing and volume irregularities, identifying customers that may have stopped ordering or changed volume requirements.
