Broad Function:
The individual in this role will be responsible for maintaining accurate production and shipping records at the plant. They will support weekly invoice processing and ensure timely payments. Additionally, the role includes managing incoming phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately, and providing guidance to drivers as needed.
This position requires strong organizational skills to maintain detailed vehicle records and to prepare and submit required annual and quarterly reports. The individual will also be responsible for completing and submitting month-end reports to the corporate team.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, a willingness to support team members, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform receptionist duties, including answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily office operations, including assistance with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Maintain, update, and analyze production reports and related Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist with monthly inventory processes and support the preparation of month-end reports.
- Support the preparation and timely submission of regulatory reports
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support plant and office operations.

Records Management Administrator

Broad Function:
Packages expanded products in bulk/semi-bulk configurations, packages product, mixes products and packages into paper bags, hand loads finished product (paper bags) onto truck trailers and other assigned tasks of a general labor nature. Team Member will also be required to perform a variety of cross-functional core tasks to provide backup support for other production team employees.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate bagging equipment to fill, weigh, and seal vermiculite bags according to specifications
- Monitor equipment performance and report malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products using a forklift
- Stack, label, and organize pallets for storage or shipment
- Perform routine inspections of forklifts and bagging equipment
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of materials and use of PPE
- Keep work areas clean and free of hazards
- Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)
- Previous experience in manufacturing, bagging operations, or warehouse environments is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Technician to support our Specialty Vermiculite plant operations in Enoree, SC by ensuring all products meet established quality standards. This role includes monitoring production processes, conducting inspections and testing, accurately documenting results, and collaborating with operations and quality teams to address and resolve any deviations or nonconformances.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Perform in-process quality checks on raw materials, in-line products, and finished goods.
- Conduct visual inspections, sample collection, and laboratory testing.
- Record and report quality data, including measurements, test results, and any non-conforming products.
- Collaborate with department manager to identify and correct quality issues during processing.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GMPs, ISO standards.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CARs and PARs).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, testing areas, and equipment.
- Participate in internal audits and support external audits when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with supervisor and other departments to ensure a continuous quality focus.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, associate’s degree or technical certification in Quality Control, Process Technology, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a quality or production role within a manufacturing or processing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with measurement tools (e.g., scales, gauges, pH meters, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, SOPs, and production drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or defects.
- Good documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting (e.g., Excel, ERP systems (D365 a plus).
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Strong adherence to all safety protocols and procedures
- Must be able to pass a drug test.

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance aspects of the plant, mobile equipment and associated machinery. The position requires a candidate who knows the requirements of maintaining mobile equipment and processing equipment including screens, conveyors, and able to supervise maintenance and electrical personnel and adapt quickly to changes, communicates effectively and keeps operations running in an efficient manner. Positions may require overtime and some weekends.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Must be able to perform skilled mechanical work and keep detailed written records on equipment used in a 24-hour operation.
- Will be proficient in and responsible for: fabrication, welding, electrical workmanship and general maintenance.
- Will be responsible for budgeting, maintaining inventories, ordering and stocking parts, and obtaining bids for equipment and plant equipment as needed.
- Will be responsible for trouble shooting problems and scheduling appropriate maintenance.
- Observes, regulates, adjusts or otherwise maintains plant equipment in order to assist in the efficient operation of the plant.
- Maintain a schedule of preventative maintenance and repairs that need to be performed.
- Experience with heavy equipment is a plus.
- Must be able and be comfortable with operating and working on equipment with heights greater than 13 feet.
- Be able to adapt quickly to changes and communicate effectively to all parties to keep shipping operations running efficiently.
- Prepare purchase order documents and work with office staff on ordering.
- Ensure plant is up to OSHA standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis and work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the outdoor elements.
- Excellent communication skills are required to effectively work with others and complete assigned projects safely and on time.
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to quality work and detail.
- Experience in MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel) is a plus
- Ability to work with limited supervision and achieve results
- Must be detail oriented; possess superb follow up and auditing skills
- Must be able to read and understand English

Maintenance Supervisor

Broad Function:
Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the electrical systems in a mineral processing and manufacturing facility. Lead in new electrical construction, installing, and troubleshooting low voltage (480V and under) electrical systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Inspecting and maintaining electrical systems in a compliance manner that meets MSHA and OSHA requirements.
· Complete work orders, job safety analysis, and daily inspections.
· Assist and oversee contractors in new electrical construction projects.
· Operate forklift, extended forklift, manlift, and any other mobile equipment required for maintenance.
· Troubleshoot and install low voltage circuits, up to 480V (AC & DC).
· Reset and troubleshoot electrical breakers.
· Read electrical schematics and perform basic electrical calculations.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Must have GED or high school diploma.
· Must have previous experience (1-year minimum) working in Electrician position.
· Knowledge of how to safely use electrical measurement devices and power tools.
· Familiarity with different electrical components.
· Follow all company safety guidelines and MSHA and OSHA regulations.
· Must be able to follow directions and have the aptitude to learn.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Available for Emergency Call Outs.
· Apprentice license preferred.

Job Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic position is responsible for performing repairs, preventative, trouble-shooting maintenance within a mineral processing facility. A successful candidate requires good mechanical aptitude with ability and desire to learn. Experience in welding and mechanical and/or electrical repair desired.
Primary Responsibilities
- Must be able to perform skilled mechanical work with ability to cut and weld.
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on processing plant equipment.
- Must be able to adapt quickly to changes and communicate effectively to all parties to keep operations running efficiently.
