Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with excellent communication skills, able to undertake a variety of tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate Forklifts to move, load, unload products.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections.
  • Keep good record keeping on all product moved.
  • Collect retain samples and ensure QC data is properly written.
  • Support QC to ensure a variety of tests are completed.
  • Cross train with QC Technician and fill-in as needed.
  • Conduct workplace inspections focusing on any potential safety hazards.
  • Ensure housekeeping standards are met in your assigned area. Pushing a broom is required.
  • Maintain high level communication with Production Supervisor and Furnace Operator to ensure efficiency is met on all plant goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Forklift experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Computer skills- experience with excel a Plus.
  • Team player with good attitude.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal.)
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment (multi-tasking skills a must.)
  • Bending to lift items from the floor and racks required.
  • Lifting items between 25 and 50 pounds required.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time required.
  • Shift work with overtime is required.

Working Conditions:

  • Manufacturing facility, warehouse.
  • Will be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.

This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. This is a part-time position.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide general support and assistance to the plant manager
  • Perform clerical duties and filing
  • Assist as needed to keep the office for the plant running efficiently to include filing/AP/AR functions
  • Communicate with plant manager and team members on a daily basis to collect necessary paperwork and documentation for customer invoicing, daily production and sales reports
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies and procedures as necessary
  • Communicate with corporate office on a frequent basis regarding budgeting, HR matters, invoicing and other matters as required.
  • Provide customer service support when necessary
  • Set up shipping for orders, working with outside vendors to meet delivery schedules on time
  • Understand and update all production reports and various related excel spreadsheets
  • Assist in monthly inventories and prepare end of month reports
  • Assist with ordering parts and supplies as needed
  • Prepare loading documents, certificates of analysis and other documents as necessary and/or requested
  • Assist plant manager with all regulatory matters to ensure compliance
  • Provide general support to visitors who visit the office and plant
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and act as a liaison with corporate HR office
  • Maintain your office area in a neat and clean manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred
  • Must be able to read and understand English and be proficient in business communications
  • Excellent computer skills with experience in MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel) is required.
  • Must be detail oriented; possess superb follow up and auditing skills
  • Must have ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge and 10-key adding machine experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of trucking, carriers and rail are a plus
  • Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus

Broad Function

The Database Analyst will be responsible for developing financial reporting dashboards and creating and maintaining integrated database systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting and advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server. This candidate will be at the forefront of developing new financial reporting tools and dashboards in One Stream and manages our company’s SQL databases, ensuring their stability, security, resiliency, and performance.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s databases, including database design, implementation, backup, recovery, resiliency, and performance tuning.
  • Develop and maintain database-related queries, scripts, and stored procedures to support financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in One Stream to visualize financial data and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with the organization to design, develop, and implement database solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Proactively monitor database performance, resolve database issues, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain database security and access controls to ensure data confidentiality and privacy.
  • Develop integrations to internal and external systems with REST APIs.
  • Provide database support to the organization and resolve technical problems as needed.
  • Participate in the development and testing of database backup and recovery procedures.
  • Document new and existing processes including queries, development workflows, and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, MIS, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a DBA, with a focus on financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL & SQL Server, including stored procedures, views, SSIS & SSAS integrations, SSRS customizations, and optimization best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with One Stream, Power BI, and dashboards development.
  • Experience with REST API development and integration.
  • Working knowledge of on-premises ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • This position is mainly sedentary. Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting.
