Broad Function:

Load/unload railcars with raw product into/out of pneumatic trailers and other assigned tasks of a general labor nature. Must perform a variety of cross-functional core tasks to provide backup support for other production team employees.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Unloading pneumatic railcars into pneumatic trailers.
• Loading railcars through a pneumatic trailer.
• Loading railcars based on railyard schedule.
• Conveys equipment from storage or work site to designated.
• Ability to maneuver trailers as necessary to load or unload.
• Recognize hazards associated with this job and take appropriate action to avoid accidents.
• Comprehend material safety data sheets (MSDS) and hazardous material identification system (HMIS) for products and raw materials.
• Safely work in temperature extremes (20 F to 115 F).
• Understand and follow instructions for the proper operation of equipment and safety precautions.

• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diplomas or GED, preferred.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to follow directions both verbal and written.
• Effective verbal communication skills

Working Conditions:

• Primarily an outdoor environment, with moderate to loud noise levels.
• Standing for long periods on compacted dirt or other hard surfaces.
• Work performed primarily off site at one of two rail sites.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting and climbing.
• Frequent use of hands for simple grasping, pushing, pulling, manipulating tools/objects.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. regularly and frequently lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.

Job Summary:

The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Leader is a senior executive leader responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining a world-class EHS culture across all mining and manufacturing operations. This role provides strategic direction and hands-on leadership to ensure full compliance with MSHA, OSHA, EPA, environmental, and state regulations while driving continuous improvement in hazard prevention, environmental stewardship, risk management, and employee safety engagement.

The EHS Leader partners closely with operations, engineering, HR, and executive leadership to embed environmental responsibility, health, and safety into every level of the organization, ensuring EHS is a core operational value.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company’s overall EHS vision, strategy, and performance goals for mining and manufacturing operations.
• Champion a proactive, behavior-based culture focused on safety, environmental stewardship, hazard identification, prevention, and accountability.
• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, advising on EHS risk, regulatory exposure, sustainability initiatives, and operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, EPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Oversee environmental permitting, reporting, and compliance programs, including air, water, waste, and land management requirements.
• Lead sustainability and environmental impact initiatives, including resource conservation, emissions reduction, and waste minimization efforts.
• Oversee EHS audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Lead responses to regulatory investigations, citations, environmental incidents, and corrective action plans.
• Establish standardized EHS programs, policies, and procedures across all sites.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation for both safety and environmental events.
• Monitor leading and lagging EHS indicators and implement data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee contractor, visitor, and environmental compliance programs.
• Design and implement company-wide EHS training and leadership development programs.
• Promote employee engagement in EHS initiatives, including safety committees, environmental programs, and reporting systems.
• Mentor site EHS leaders and ensure consistent execution of company standards.
• Conduct enterprise-wide risk and environmental impact assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using industry best practices, benchmarking, and sustainability metrics.
• Oversee emergency response planning, drills, crisis management, and environmental incident response protocols.
• Lead and develop site EHS teams.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to develop and implement injury prevention, occupational health, and environmental compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental health, environmental science, engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in EHS within mining, heavy manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Extensive knowledge of MSHA, OSHA, and EPA regulations and enforcement practices.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and lead a strong EHS culture in multi-site operations.
• Deep knowledge of environmental compliance, sustainability practices, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Executive-level leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Ability to influence at all levels of the organization, from frontline employees to executive leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage EHS data to drive decision-making.

Working Conditions:

• Combination of corporate office and field environments including mines, plants, and industrial sites.
• Requires site visits involving exposure to outdoor conditions, heavy equipment, and active production areas.
• Travel is required 50% of the time.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Mechanic position is responsible for performing repairs, preventative, trouble-shooting maintenance within a mineral processing facility. A successful candidate requires good mechanical aptitude with ability and desire to learn. Experience in welding and mechanical and/or electrical repair desired.

Primary Responsibilities

• Must be able to perform skilled mechanical work with ability to cut and weld.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on processing plant equipment.
• Must be able to adapt quickly to changes and communicate effectively to all parties to keep operations running efficiently.
• Assist in the repair and fabrication of process equipment as required.
• Be willing to work overtime as needed (including some weekends and call-ins).
• Assist in keeping the shop and production facility organized and free of hazards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis and work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the outdoor elements.
• Must be able to feel comfortable with operating and working on equipment with heights greater than 13 feet.
• Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and achieve results.
• Must have ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Frequent exposure to all outdoor weather conditions.
• Frequent exposure to substances, including but not limited to industrial chemicals, hydraulic fluid, grease, oil and dirt.
