Dicalite Announces 2021 Diatomaceous Earth Price Increases
Dicalite Management Group has announced a price increase of up to 15% across all its cellulose and diatomaceous earth (DE) product lines. This includes flux-calcined, calcined, and natural DE grades. The 15% product price increase will affect all shipments scheduled to leave their Basalt, NV, and Burney, CA production facilities on or after August 1, 2021. The price increase is necessary to partially offset increases in fuel costs, labor shortages, chemical and packaging costs, and other inflationary pressures.
